This spacious 3 Bedroom 3.5 Bathroom Sea Pines Home is located in the quiet community of Lawton Woods. This home features vaulted ceilings, tasteful coastal decor, and all of the amenities of home. The large living space has a very open feel with a 2nd sitting area and dining area all open to the main living space, allowing for your entire family to gather and enjoy the inviting beauty of this home. An oversized Master Suite is located on the first floor and features a King bed with a large flat screen TV and an additional sitting area. There is a large walk in closet as well as a full bathroom. Upstairs there are two additional bathrooms, each features a queen and twin bed layout. Each bedroom also has a full ensuite bath as well. The outdoor living space is large and inviting with a beautiful deck featuring adirondack chairs surrounding a gas fire pit.
Lawton woods is located with easy access to all Sea Pines amenities, including Sea Pines beach club, Sea Pines tennis and golf courses including Harbour Town Golf Links, home to the PGA tour event, RBC Heritage of Golf. The waterfront South Beach Marina Village is only five minutes away by car. Sea Pines Center and Harbour Town, the jewel of Hilton Head Island is not much more than a bike ride away. Here you'll find interesting boutiques and restaurants, beautiful boats and live music.
Newly Renovated Sea Pines Beach Club is only minutes away. Everything you need for a fun filled day in one place, food, refreshments and activities for the entire family. Summary: We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. The kids loved the pool. All bedrooms have access to their own bathroom. The primary is a huge space with lots of room to relax away from the others. Sea Pines has excellent amenities with the beach club, bike trails, etc.

Summary: The house was perfect in every way for our family; we enjoyed the hot tub probably the most with the weather being chillier than we had planned. Kitchen was well stocked and loved the touches of towels and bathroom supplies being wrapped up! Only negative would be the upstairs beds were very soft and squeaky according to our adult children. Would definitely rent this house again if ever in HHI again!

Summary: This is a fantastic house and I highly recommend it. The check in process is a bit frustrating as you have to pick up a piece of paper prior to gate entrance. Added a lot of time due to how hard it was to find the check in office at night with limited lighting. The paper could have been emailed or mailed to make the process easier.

Summary: Our family stayed with our teenagers for a week and we loved the neighborhood with the oak trees, spanish moss, shade, and easy access to the bike trails. The pool was used daily by the teens and the hot tub was fun at night. The inside kitchen and dining area was very large and easy to fit all of our food and kids. We absolutely loved the large master bedroom so secluded from the rest of the house and the separate garden tub was perfect. We would definitely stay here again!

There were beach chairs, and toys, thing to play with in the pool, kitchen was fully stocked and plenty of clean towels in the restrooms. The pool was great; however the hot tub was a bit tricky to figure out. Centrally located within a bike ride of the beach, pro shop and Harbor Town.
